Our battery exchange and repair pool model minimises vehicle downtime by providing immediate replacement batteries from stock based on defined criteria. Defective units are then repaired and replenished into stock. Often complemented with a Repair & Return programme.
Our Repair & Return solution returns the battery to the same vehicle following testing, repair, and validation. Repair & Return complements an exchange programme where there isn’t a compatible battery in stock and is particularly suited to low-volume, specialist, or uniquely configured battery assets where maintaining asset continuity, preserving vehicle configuration, or avoiding the cost of a replacement unit is preferred.
