Our warehouse and logistics employees ensure that all packs, 
parts and materials move safely and efficiently through the network and our facilities. They are trained in line with compliance and 
safety standards to ensure the best quality support possible 
for your batteries.

05 Implementation

Our customer implementation team allow us to successfully onboard customers & new battery programmes. They organise, plan and launch customer projects while providing a thorough handover to the operational team so work can begin.

06 Health & Safety

The health and safety team protect our people and maintain compliance across EV Battery Solutions. Safety is the number 1 priority in our work, and our Health and Safety team help bring that into our everyday operations.

Engineering

Our engineers own the technical integrity of the work we do. All are trained to the highest standards of electrical safety and battery work in the region they work in.

  • Work with customers’ engineering teams to develop the methods, criteria and standards.
  • Support root cause and complex battery analysis. 
  • Specify the tooling and testing requirements for the repairs.
  • Lead continuous improvement of repair technique. 
Our production technicians execute battery repairs safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standard. All are trained to the standards required for the work they do – developing their skills and qualifications as they grow in the company. 
 
  • Perform diagnostic and root cause analysis.
  • Repair and reassemble packs, completing recertification to the highest standards. 
  • Ensure all work is fully tracked in ALFRED.
  • Lead continuous improvement in daily operations.
Our technology team ensures ALFRED is fully functional and meets everyone’s requirements: 
 
  • Maintenance and development of the ALFRED platform. 
  • Data analytics and reporting. 
  • Integration of digital work instructions. 

Our customer implementation team is there to successfully onboard customers and new battery programmes.

  • Project planning and execution.
  • Customer reporting and communication.

Our Health & Safety team protect our people and maintains compliance.

  • Complete risk assessments and design safe systems of work.
